Stunning second-floor apartment, ideal for up to 6 people. Located just 40 meters from Oliva beach, with magnificent sea views from the main terrace. The apartment features Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.


The property includes three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a full bathroom, a guest toilet, a spacious living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a rear terrace with a laundry area. Pets are allowed for an additional cost of 35 euros per stay.


Situated at Playa Pau Pi, the most traditional summer area of Oliva, Valencia, known for its Mediterranean-style houses. This beach offers a wide range of services such as children's play areas, accessible facilities, showers, foot baths, restrooms, and convenient parking. The nearby pedestrian zone, Avenida del Mar, offers various restaurants, ice cream shops, and a cozy coastal atmosphere.


Playa Pau Pi stands out for its high-quality standards, having obtained the Blue Flag, the Q for Quality, the Q for Qualitur, and ISO 14001 certification. Near the port, water sports enthusiasts can rent windsurf boards, catamarans, and kayaks, enjoying a wide range of activities.

    Pau-Pi Beach

    This area is the most popular and traditional of all our beaches.  Here you  can find Oliva's Yacht Club and our more classical, mediterranean-style privately-owned vilas and original apartments. More than one-kilometer of open beach with fine, beautiful sand in an urban residential surrounding.

    The beach is divided in two stretches, one in Alfonso el Magnánimo, beside the Yacht Club, and the other, right in front of the Plaza Europa . Both are fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to help our guests with any handicap or special needs.
